Choco Cupcakes
Ingredients
50g butter
75 g caster sugar
1 egg or egg replacer
100g self-raising flour
two tbsp of martell.
25cocoa podwer
Icing
350g icing sugar, sifted
2 egg whites

Method:
Cream the caster sugar and butter untill white and fluffy.
add in the eggs and mix well
sift in the flour and cocoa powder
Add in the martell and mix well
line cupcake cups and put the batter inside the cupcake cups
bake it for 15-20 mins at 150c
Icing
Sift the icing sugar into the mixer,
add in the egg whites.
Mix untill it turns liquid white

As you can see, I am an F&N student and wished that I had 26 hours per day
I love to rant ALOT. Not to mention that I can be quite fierce at times too. I will not give face to ppl who give me an ai mai ai mai ans.
I listen to music during Mr.Matthew Chan's lesson even though I am taking my 'N' levels this year.
I like nibbling on WONKA'S NERDS ROPE as I find it very sour and chewy. XD You and your loved ones can each take one end and start nibbling together. Muahaha. X0

Another day. the same routine.

HH gave me a surprise by waiting for me in the morning today which totally lifted my spirits up.
You know... Seeing the person that you love in the morning before you go to school.

In class, it's still the same. We cocked, we laughed, I still curse and swear. Satish made a joke about the pizza hut delivery: 62 35 35 35 ka na ka sa bai! (which is kumar dad's name) like so funny la. & We're having extra lessons this sat. Those who come will have pizzas!!! XD
